01Who builds and supports MyRecords?
We do. The same team gives the demo, sets up your system, maintains it and answers your support tickets. There is no reseller or call centre in between.
02Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Projects, CRM, Support, Chat, Analytics and the AI Assistant work in your own currency today, and MyRecords Cloud can host your system in your region. Local tax invoices, VAT or sales-tax returns and local payroll need a country pack, which we build and test before you go live; only India compliance is built today. See what works in each country; we customise it to your requirements and quote in US dollars outside India.
03Can your team see our data?
No. Once you go live, our team does not open your records. For a fix, you grant access for that job, and it ends with the job.
04Do you have customers using MyRecords?
Not yet. MyRecords launched on 1 Nov 2026 with a pilot programme. We do not claim customer numbers, and we will publish a customer story only when it is real and signed off.
05Can I sign up and try it myself?
Not on your own. There is no self sign-up or free trial. Book a demo and we show you MyRecords on a sample company; the pilot programme is the closest thing to a hands-on trial.
06Does the company make other products?
Yes. Its other work is described on the company website. This website, and the team you talk to here, are only about MyRecords.
