About MyRecords, in one sentence
MyRecords is a business management system for small and medium businesses in any country — accounting and tax, sales and purchasing, inventory and point of sale, HR and payroll, CRM, support, team chat and analytics in one place. Our team builds it, customises it to the way you work and hosts it on your servers or ours, with unlimited users and only the modules you choose.
Who makes it
MyRecords is built, sold and supported by Sripto Corporation Private Limited, an Indian company. Its founder and CEO is Sri Vardhan Yeluri.
Naming
- The product is MyRecords: one word, with a capital M and a capital R, as the logo writes it. Never “My Records” or “Myrecords”.
- MyRecords is business software. It is not related to My Health Record or other apps with similar names.

- Status: launching in November 2026 with a pilot programme. We do not claim customer numbers.
- Users: unlimited, with no per-user fees.
- Where it runs: on the client’s own server or on MyRecords Cloud (9 regions, from India to the US and Europe), as a dedicated system for each client.
- Countries: the core works in any country, in the client’s own currency. India compliance is built; for other countries we build and test a country pack (local tax invoices, VAT or sales-tax returns, payroll) before go-live. See outside India.

Download the MyRecords logo (PNG, 1943 × 365) or the MyRecords icon (PNG, 1079 × 1079). Both have a transparent background. Use the full logo on light backgrounds; on dark ones use the icon with the name in white text. Please do not stretch, recolour or redraw them.
