Yes. The AI Assistant answers questions from your books, reads supplier bills into draft invoices, drafts quotations from a customer’s message and writes follow-ups. It changes nothing without your yes. AI needs the AI Assistant add-on (and an AI key on your own server), and MyRecords works fully with AI switched off.
The core system is ready in 1–2 weeks: set up with the modules and features you pick, with your users and print formats. Moving years of old data and running both systems side by side can add a week or two.
Yes. Fields, screens, workflows and reports can be changed by our team, and if your process needs it we redesign and rebuild any part of the system. No. It prepares GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files from your books for you or your CA to upload on the GST portal; filing from inside MyRecords is on the roadmap. Once you connect your e-invoice and e-way bill login (NIC or a GST Suvidha Provider), it makes IRNs and e-way bills too.
Yes. Every client gets a dedicated system, on your server with an AMC or on MyRecords Cloud. Your data is yours, with a full export if you leave.
No separate app. It works in any phone browser and installs to the home screen. Point of sale (while the till page stays open), the shop floor, attendance check-in, maintenance visits and asset physical checks keep working offline, and bill photos for “Read a bill” wait on the phone until the network is back.
