Ask a question01Can I import my BOMs from Tally?
Yes. Tally stock items with their component lists come in as draft BOMs, matched to your items, with units converted. You check and submit them; nothing is used in production before that. Tested on Tally's own sample export so far.
02Does the shop-floor screen work without internet?
Yes. The shop-floor screen queues entries when the network drops and sends them when it returns. The rest of MyRecords needs a connection.
03Can I track material with job workers?
Yes. Subcontracting sends material out against an order and receives finished goods back, so you always know what each job worker holds.
04What does the manufacturing industry pack add?
A ready-made setup for factories — a downtime reason on job cards, an approval step before a new BOM can be used, and Manufacturing Floor shortcuts. Operator access comes with Manufacturing itself.
05Can operators use it without seeing the accounts?
Yes. Roles decide what each person sees. The Shop floor operator access pack runs jobs on the shop floor, not prices or the books. View-only means view-only.
06How much does it cost?
It is quoted for your business, at our best price. 07Can I see production numbers by week or workstation?
Yes. The production dashboard shows output, on-time orders, downtime, labour time, quality and cost variance by week, month, quarter or year, and by workstation.
08Is there AI for the factory?
Yes, with the AI Assistant add-on. A photo or PDF of a parts list becomes a draft BOM, the Manufacturing home writes a short production brief, a supplier's certificate fills in inspection readings, and a job worker's challan becomes a draft receipt. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
09Do I pay per operator login?
No. Users are unlimited, so every operator, supervisor and storekeeper can have a login.
