Training for MyRecords happens on your own data during the parallel run, not on a sample company you will never see again. The setup fee includes remote sessions of two hours for up to 15 people — 4 for a small business, 8 for medium and 12 for large — plus on-site days for medium and large. After go-live, the PDF guides, in-app help and your AMC's refresher sessions keep new staff going.

Refreshers and new staff
Your AMC includes refreshers — one a quarter on Essential, one a month on Standard, two a month on Premium. Extra sessions can be booked any time.

Up to 15 in each two-hour remote session. Users are unlimited, so train everyone who needs it.
02What if a new person joins after go-live?
Use your AMC refresher sessions, the PDF guides and the in-app help, or book an extra session.
03Do you train our CA?
Your CA can join the accounts session. Invite your CA gives them the Accounts access pack by default, or a read-mostly one such as Accountant (external CA), with an end date you choose.
04Can training be on site?
Yes. Medium and large setups include on-site days; more can be booked when you need them, plus travel at cost.
05Is there a test company to practise on?
Yes. We show the sample demo company on a call. During the parallel run your team practises on your own system, and we can keep a test copy of it for trying changes before they go live.
