How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
In short
MyRecords works with India's government portals and your bank through files today: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files for upload, e-invoice and e-way bill upload files with the IRN and EWB number recorded, bank statement import, and UPI QR codes from your own UPI ID. Integrations that need an account with a provider are built in and work once you connect your account: GST APIs through a GSP, WhatsApp Business, SMS, payment links, IndiaMART, Facebook lead forms, calls, Google and Outlook, and an AI key. Automatic bank feeds and e-commerce connectors are not available yet.

Step 1
Open the integration's settings
Each integration has its own card on the Integrations page in Administration, with what you still need to give and a link to the provider's own guide.

Paste your account's keys
The keys belong to your account with the provider, so messages and payments are in your name and on your bill.

Test
"Test" shows the last result in plain words, or what is still missing. A go-live checklist shows every connection as pass, warning or fail.

Your own systemsIn part
Outbound webhooks send a signed message to your system when a record is created or changed, set up by our team. With Chat's Document notifications and webhooks module, record events post into a chat channel and another system can post into one. The client API is small today (search and audit trail, scoped keys, a limit per client); other connections are custom work.

Ask a question01Does MyRecords file my GST returns?
It prepares the GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files for you to upload on the GST portal, with the figures from your books. Filing from inside MyRecords is not built yet. Fetching GSTR-2B and sending IMS actions through a GSP, and IRNs and e-way bills through NIC or a GSP, work once you connect your login.
02Can it generate e-invoices?
Today it creates the e-invoice upload file for the portal and records the IRN and QR on the invoice. Generating the IRN directly through an API works once you connect a GSP or NIC login, which is a paid connection.
03Why do WhatsApp and payment links need my own account?
So messages come from your business number and payments land in your account, on your bill. You give the keys once; we set it up and test it with you.
04Which bank works with reconciliation?
Any bank that gives a CSV or Excel statement. Import it and accept the suggested matches. Direct bank feeds are not available yet.
05Can it connect to my online store?
Not yet. There is no Shopify or marketplace connector today. Orders can be imported from a spreadsheet.
