We set up MyRecords for you, move your data in, train your people on their own records and support the system after go-live. Setup, migration of masters and opening balances, the included training and 30 to 60 days of hypercare are part of the one-time setup fee. After that you pay for MyRecords Cloud monthly or an AMC yearly, and custom work only when you ask for it.

01Do we pay separately for implementation?

No. Implementation, moving your masters and opening balances, the included training and hypercare are all part of the one-time setup fee for the modules you switch on.

02How soon is our system ready?

The core system is ready in 1–2 weeks: set up with the modules and features you pick, with your users and print formats. Moving years of old data and running both systems side by side can add a week or two.

03Who does the work?

Our own team sets up, migrates, trains and supports MyRecords. Setup and training are remote by default, so they work wherever you are; on-site days are included for medium and large businesses.

04We are outside India. Do the services change?

The services are the same. Setup, migration and training run remotely; MyRecords Cloud can host your system in India, the US, Europe, the UK, Singapore, Sydney, the UAE, Saudi Arabia or South Africa. Your country pack is built and tested before go-live, and we quote in US dollars.

05What happens after hypercare?

On MyRecords Cloud, the maintenance part of your monthly fee covers support. On your own server, your yearly AMC starts the day after hypercare ends. Software updates and bug fixes are included in both.

06Are users charged per head anywhere?

No. Users are unlimited. Services are quoted by the size of your business and the work, never per person.

07How much do the services cost?

We send a written quote for your business at our best price: the one-time setup for the modules you pick, then MyRecords Cloud monthly or an AMC yearly, and custom work only when you ask for it. Businesses in our pilot programme get a discounted price.
