MyRecords is a business management system for small and medium businesses in any country — accounting and tax, sales and purchasing, inventory and point of sale, HR and payroll, CRM, support, team chat and analytics in one place. Our team builds it, customises it to the way you work and hosts it on your servers or ours, with unlimited users and only the modules you choose.

MyRecords is business software. It is not related to My Health Record or other apps with similar names.

Product: MyRecords
What it is: Business management software (ERP) for small and medium businesses in any country, built in India
Products and modules: Seven products (ERP, CRM, HR, Support, Analytics, Chat, Lending) and three add-ons (AI Assistant, India compliance, Industry packs). Inside them, 12 modules are switched on or off per client: Manufacturing, Subcontracting, Projects and timesheets, Assets, Quality, Maintenance visits, Warranty and issues, Payroll, Loan applications, Facebook lead sync, Chat AI agents, and Document notifications and webhooks.
Where it works: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Projects, CRM, Support, Chat, Analytics and the AI Assistant work in any country, in the client’s own currency. Local tax invoices, VAT or sales-tax returns, e-invoicing links and local payroll need a country pack, which we build and test before go-live. Only India compliance is built today.

Deployment: On the client’s own Linux server, or on MyRecords Cloud. A dedicated system for each client either way.
Cloud regions: India, the US, Europe, the UK, Singapore, Sydney, the UAE, Saudi Arabia or South Africa.
Access: Any web browser, on a computer or phone; installs to the phone’s home screen. No native mobile app. Works offline only for point of sale (bills queue while the till page stays open), the shop floor, attendance check-in, maintenance visits, asset physical checks, and bill photos for “Read a bill” (uploaded when the network is back).
Languages: Screens in English. Hindi help, glossary, Hindi typing and AI answers in Hindi. Loan Key Facts Statements in 12 Indian languages under the English (AI translation).
How it is sold: Sales-led, with a hands-on setup and 30–60 days of close support after go-live. No self sign-up or free trial.
How we work: Core ready in 1–2 weeks (moving old data and a parallel run can add a week or two). 100% customisable by our team; custom work is quoted first. Zero access to client data after go-live: the client grants access for a job, and it ends with the job. Updates and bug fixes included in the cloud plan or AMC.
AI Assistant: An add-on: questions on your own data, drafts, reading documents and AI agents, limited to what each person may see. Needs an AI provider key on your own server; on MyRecords Cloud we set it up. Switched on per role, up to 120 AI requests an hour per person, and a monthly AI budget stops new AI calls once it is spent.

How it is sold

Setup (one time): For the modules chosen, by business size: setup, data migration and training. Quoted in writing at our best price.
Running it: MyRecords Cloud monthly (server and maintenance, 12-month minimum after go-live), or a yearly AMC on the client’s own server.
Users: Unlimited on every module. Never priced per user.
Custom work: Quoted before we start.
Outside India: Quoted in US dollars, excluding local taxes. Your country pack is built and tested before go-live.
Pilot programme: The first businesses get a discounted price, agreed in writing.

Data, security and uptime

Data exit: Full export in open formats within 30 days of notice; assisted migration at cost.
Backups: Daily; 14 days on the server, 90 days off it. RPO 24 h, RTO 4 h for a system on one server.
Restore drill: Backup files to a usable system in 79.5 s (22 Oct 2026, demo company).
Uptime target: 99.5% on MyRecords Cloud; 99.9% on Large. A target, not a contract term.
Security: Two-factor sign-in with recovery codes, roles enforced on the server, tamper-evident audit trail, AES-256-GCM for PAN, Aadhaar and bank details.
Privacy: DPDP Act 2023 tools: consent records with withdrawal, erase requests, data export, grievance and breach contacts.
