What we kept seeing
Walk into a growing trading or manufacturing business in India, where we started, and you often find the same set-up:
- Billing and GST in one program, on one computer.
- Stock in a spreadsheet that someone updates on Saturdays.
- Payroll done at the CA’s office, or in another tool.
- Leads and customer complaints in WhatsApp chats and personal inboxes.
Every tool charges per user, so only a few people get a login. Figures are typed twice and still do not agree when the month closes. When a GST rule changes, each tool changes on its own schedule, or not at all.
What we decided to build
One system for the work a small or medium business actually does, in any country: sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and tax, point of sale, HR and payroll, CRM, Support, Chat and Analytics, with an AI Assistant that answers from your own records.
Four choices shaped it:
- India first, then your country. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files, e-invoice and e-way bill files, TDS, PF, ESI and professional tax are built in and maintained by us, not added later. Outside India the core works in your own currency, and we build and test a country pack for local tax and payroll before you go live.
- Unlimited users. The whole team can use it. You pay for the modules you switch on, not for logins.
- Your server or ours. Each client gets a dedicated system, on its own server or on MyRecords Cloud in one of 9 regions, from India to the US and Europe.
- Set up by people, not a sign-up form. We configure it, move your data, train your team and stay close after go-live.
What we checked before launch
We would rather show you test results than adjectives. A few of them, with dates:
| What | Result | When |
|---|---|---|
| Restore drill: backup files to a working system | 79.5 seconds | 22 Oct 2026 |
| Fresh install on a new server, up to a secure (HTTPS) site | 7.5 to 11 minutes | 28 Sep and 1 Oct 2026 |
| GST type by place of supply (CGST + SGST or IGST), GST tax invoice by default | Fixed and checked | 1 Nov 2026 |
Details are in the trust centre and on the compliance proof page. These tests ran on our demo company, not on a client’s books.
Where we are now
MyRecords is launching with a pilot programme. We are taking on a small number of businesses first, so each one gets close attention while we learn from real use. We do not claim customer numbers, ratings or awards, because we do not have them yet.
What the product does not do yet is listed plainly on each module page and on the roadmap.
