On MyRecords Cloud, MyRecords runs on a dedicated server for your business alone: in India by default, or in the US, Europe, the UK, Singapore, Sydney, the UAE, Saudi Arabia or South Africa. We look after the server, daily backups kept off it for 90 days, monitoring, security patches, the SSL certificate and upgrades. One monthly fee covers the server and the maintenance part of your support tier. Uptime figures are targets, not a contractual guarantee.

Ask a question01Is my data on a shared server?
No. Every client gets a dedicated server with its own database. Nothing is shared with another business.
02Can your team see our data?
No. Once you go live, our team does not open your records. If you need help with something, you grant access for that job, and it ends when the job does.
03Where is it hosted?
In India, in Mumbai or Delhi, by default. Clients outside India can be hosted in their own region; EU and UK clients are hosted in the EU or UK.
04Is 99.5% uptime guaranteed?
It is a target, not a contract. 99.5% allows about 3.7 hours of downtime a month; 99.9% about 44 minutes. Only the Large tier, with a standby database, targets 99.9%.
05How are backups kept?
Daily, off the server, for 90 days. On a Small or Medium server you could lose at most 24 hours of data, and the system is back within 4 hours; the Large server's managed database can be recovered to within minutes. In a drill, a usable system came back from backup files in 79.5 seconds.
06Can I move to my own server later?
Yes. Any list or report exports to Excel or CSV at any time, and on notice we hand over everything in open formats within 30 days. Moving it onto your server is assisted at cost.
07Why a 12-month minimum?
A one-year commitment on the underlying server keeps the monthly fee low. Paying a year ahead gets a discounted price.
08What if we use the AI Assistant a lot?
A monthly AI budget is included on MyRecords Cloud. You set the budget on the AI hub; new AI calls stop once it is spent, and each person has an hourly limit too. If you need more, we raise the budget and bill the extra use.
