The MyRecords pilot programme is how our first customers start. We set up MyRecords with you by hand, fix what gets in your way first, and give you a direct line to the team that builds it. In return we ask for honest feedback and, if you are happy, a reference. Pilot clients get a discounted price, and terms are agreed case by case.

01How many businesses can join?
A small number at a time, because the same team sets up every pilot. We say yes only when we can give your setup full attention.
02What does the pilot cost?
Pilot clients get a discounted price, agreed case by case, in writing, before any work starts: a one-time setup fee, then MyRecords Cloud monthly or a yearly AMC on your own server, with unlimited users and no per-user fees. Get a quote.
03Do we have to give a testimonial?
No. We ask for honest feedback either way. A reference, review or story is something we ask for only if you are happy, and nothing is published without your written sign-off.
04What if MyRecords does not work out for us?
Your data stays yours. You can take a full export in open formats, and the parallel run means your old books keep running until you are sure.
05Can a business outside India join?
Not in this first round. It is for businesses in India, because GST, TDS, PF and ESI are a large part of what we want to prove. Outside India you can still book a demo and ask us about your country pack; see what works in each country.
