01How soon will you reply?
We reply during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST (UTC+5:30). A message sent on a Sunday or a holiday is answered on the next working day.
02We are outside India. Can you help us?
Yes. Accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, CRM, Support, Chat, projects, analytics and the AI Assistant work in your own currency today. Local tax invoices, VAT or sales-tax returns and local payroll need a country pack, which we build and test before you go live. Setup, data migration and training are remote by default. Tell us your country and what you need, and we will say plainly what works. See what works in each country; we quote in US dollars outside India.
03Can I see the product before I talk to anyone?
Yes. The guided tour shows seven screens of the live demo, with no form. The live demo itself runs on a sample company and opens at a sign-in page; ask us here for a demo sign-in.
04Can your team see our data once we go live?
No. Once you go live, our team does not open your records. For a fix, you grant access for that job, and it ends with the job.
