On Customise a form, add fields to any screen, such as a transporter name on deliveries or a credit officer on customers. They work in lists, filters, reports and imports.

Print formatsWorks today
38 ready formats, among them the sales invoice (a GST tax invoice in India), proforma invoice, quotation, sales order, delivery note, purchase order, request for quotation, goods received note, purchase invoice and reverse-charge self-invoice, payment receipt, POS bill and 58 or 80 mm thermal receipt, job work challan, Form V wage slip and inspection certificate. Copy one to make your own, with your letterhead and logo.

Ready-made approvals by amount for purchase orders, material requests and expense claims, off until you press Turn on approvals. For any other document, start a workflow from a template (Two-level approval or Approval by amount) and name who approves each step.

Small systems get standard screens and up to 3 print formats set up to your design; medium systems light customisation with up to 6 print formats and 3 days of custom work; large systems up to 10 print formats and 10 days. Anything more is quoted.
02Will custom changes break when the product is upgraded?
Custom fields, print formats and workflows are settings, so they carry across upgrades. We maintain custom code through upgrades for a yearly upkeep fee.
03Can my invoice look like my current one?
Usually yes. Send us your current invoice; we set up a print format with your letterhead, keeping the GST details the law asks for.
04Can I add my own approval rule?
Yes. Define the steps and who approves each one. Approvers act from one inbox, and work waiting too long can escalate.
05How is custom work priced?
By the hour or day, or from an hour bank bought in advance at a discounted price. Fixed quotes for larger work, always before we start. See customisation services.
