BUSY is Windows accounting and inventory software for Indian businesses, with GST returns, e-invoicing, batches and production, sold as a one-time licence from ₹11,000 for one user or as a yearly subscription. MyRecords costs more but covers more: accounts, GST, stock, POS, HR, payroll, CRM and support in one browser-based system, with unlimited users, set up and supported by our team on your own server or MyRecords Cloud.

Ask a question01Is MyRecords cheaper than BUSY?
No. BUSY's licences cost far less. MyRecords includes setup, data migration, training and support, covers HR, CRM and support tickets, and has no per-user fees. It is customised to your requirements, so ask us for a quote.
02Can we move from BUSY to MyRecords?
Yes. The setup wizard reads BUSY's own exports of customers and suppliers (with their opening balances) and of items (with HSN, units and prices), with a dry run first. Opening stock and the other balances are entered on the go-live date. See switching from BUSY.
03Does MyRecords work offline like BUSY?
Only in part. Point-of-sale bills (while the till page stays open), the shop-floor screen, attendance check-in, maintenance visits, asset checks and bill photos for Read a bill keep working offline; the rest needs a connection to your server, which can sit in your own office.
04Can several branches use MyRecords?
Yes, all branches work in one live system, with stock per branch and warehouse. A small business includes 2 locations and 1 GSTIN; more branches, warehouses or GSTINs are added to your quote. Each GSTIN is set up as its own company for returns.
