Ask a question01Is MyRecords good for pharma distribution?
It handles batches with expiry, reorder levels and MRP checks, but it is a general business system, not one built around chemists and pharma distributors the way Marg is. Please see a demo on your own items before deciding.
02Can we move from Marg to MyRecords?
Yes. Items, customers and suppliers come across through import templates, and opening balances and stock are entered on the go-live date. See switching from Marg.
03Is MyRecords cheaper than Marg?
No. Marg's licences cost much less. MyRecords includes setup, migration, training and support, and covers HR, payroll, CRM and support tickets in the same system. It is customised to your requirements, so ask us for a quote.
04Does MyRecords work offline like Marg?
Only in part. Point-of-sale bills (while the till page stays open), the shop-floor screen, attendance check-in, maintenance visits, asset checks and bill photos for Read a bill keep working offline; the rest needs a connection to your server, which can sit in your own office.
