Odoo is a global business suite with every app for one price per user: ₹580 a user a month on the Standard plan billed yearly, for the first 12 months (then ₹725), on Odoo's cloud, with Indian GST, e-invoicing and payroll. MyRecords also puts accounts, GST, stock, POS, HR, payroll, CRM and support in one system, but with unlimited users, a dedicated system on your own server or MyRecords Cloud, and setup by the team that builds it.

On Odoo's cloud with a small team, Odoo usually costs less. MyRecords has no per-user fees, and your own server is not tied to a top plan, so adding people costs nothing extra. It works globally and is customised to your requirements, so ask us for a quote.
02Does MyRecords have an app store like Odoo?
No. MyRecords has 7 products (ERP, CRM, HR, Support, Analytics, Chat, Lending), 3 add-ons and 12 switchable modules. Our team sets them up, customises them for you and supports them, on your servers or ours. Custom changes are quoted separately and maintained by us, so updates keep working.
03Does MyRecords do composition or QRMP returns?
Not yet. GST returns are monthly, for regular taxpayers. See the roadmap.
04Can we move from Odoo to MyRecords?
Yes. Masters come across through import templates: you check the columns first, rows that fail are listed to fix, and an import that created new records can be undone. Opening balances are entered on the go-live date. Data migration.
