How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
In short
The compliance calendar is the Compliance due dates card on Home for accounts staff. It lists the statutory due dates for the next 45 days: GSTR-1 on the 11th and GSTR-3B on the 20th for a monthly GST filer, the day GSTR-2B is ready, TDS deposit by the 7th, PF and ESI by the 15th, professional tax by your employees' states' own dates, and the advance-tax instalments. Dates due within five days are marked, and the GST, TDS, PF, ESI and advance-tax dates also show as a layer on the Calendar. It is a fixed table of rules kept with each release; nothing is fetched from the portals.
-
Step 1
It reads your company
GST dates show when the company has a GSTIN, PF, ESI and professional tax when it has employees, and TDS always.
-
Step 2
It lists the next 45 days
Up to eight dates at a time on Home, each with what it is for, and a mark on those due within five days.
-
Step 3
Due soon stands out
A date within five days is marked, so it is not lost among the others. The Calendar's Statutory dates layer shows the GST, TDS, PF, ESI and advance-tax dates by month, and payroll's Statutory page lists PF, ESI and salary TDS dates too.

Questions
Questions people ask
Something else on your mind?
Ask us anything about it. A person from our team replies.
Ask a question01Where do I see the due dates?
On Home, in the Compliance due dates card, for people with an accounts role; most also show on the Calendar under Statutory dates. Payroll dates also show on payroll's Statutory page.
02Which professional tax dates does it know?
The dates for every state that levies professional tax, for the states set on your employees. Karnataka's, for example, is the 20th of the next month; check the state's current notification. Where a state publishes no date, none is shown rather than a wrong one.
03What if the government extends a due date?
The calendar shows the date in the law. Extensions come by notification; we update the rules table with the next release, and you should check the portal meanwhile.
04Does it cover TCS and the annual GST return?
Partly. The calendar shows the GSTR-9 due date, 31 December, but MyRecords does not prepare GSTR-9 or the TCS return, and TCS dates are not listed. Both returns are on the roadmap.
