Today, 1 November 2026, we are launching MyRecords.
MyRecords is a business management system for small and medium businesses in any country — accounting and tax, sales and purchasing, inventory and point of sale, HR and payroll, CRM, support, team chat and analytics in one place. Our team builds it, customises it to the way you work and hosts it on your servers or ours, with unlimited users and only the modules you choose.
Why we built it
Most small and medium businesses run on a handful of tools that do not talk to each other: accounting software for the books, a spreadsheet for stock, another for salaries, WhatsApp for customer complaints and a notebook for follow-ups. The same customer gets typed in three times, and the owner learns the real position of the business at month-end, if then.
MyRecords puts those jobs in one system. When a sale is submitted, it updates stock, the customer’s balance and the GST return files at the same time. A submitted pay run posts to the books. A support ticket sits next to the customer’s invoices.
What is in it
- Accounting and India compliance. Ledgers, bank reconciliation, financial statements, TDS on purchases. GST is applied by place of supply on every invoice, and MyRecords prepares GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B files from your books for upload.
- Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Point of sale. Quotations to payments, purchase orders to bills, warehouses, batches and expiry, and a counter billing screen that keeps working offline.
- Manufacturing, Subcontracting and Quality. Bills of materials, work orders, job cards, a shop-floor screen, job work and quality inspections.
- Projects & Assets. Projects and timesheets, assets with depreciation and maintenance, maintenance visits, and warranty and issues.
- HR and Payroll. Attendance, leave, expenses, appraisals and pay runs, with PF and ESI upload files and professional tax for 20 states and Puducherry. Staff check in, apply for leave and see payslips in My HR.
- CRM, Support and Chat. Leads and the sales pipeline, customer tickets with SLAs, and team chat.
- Analytics and the AI Assistant. Dashboards you build yourself. The assistant answers from your own records with your permissions, prepares a record for you to confirm, reads supplier bills and explains any page.
- Lending and Industry packs. Loan management for lenders, and add-on packs for manufacturers and retailers.
How it is sold
Every client gets a dedicated system, on MyRecords Cloud or on their own server. You pay a one-time setup fee, then either a monthly MyRecords Cloud fee that includes maintenance, or a yearly AMC if it runs on your server. Users are unlimited, with no per-user fees, and you pay only for the modules you switch on. It works in any country and is customised to your requirements, so every system is quoted for the business: get a quote.
There is no self sign-up. We show you the live system on our sample company, set your system up with you, move your data and train your team.
What it does not do yet
We would rather you hear it from us:
- Some returns are not built yet: Form 16, GSTR-9, QRMP and composition returns, and the TCS return. Returns are prepared as files you upload on the portal; filing from inside MyRecords is not built yet.
- Connections need your own accounts. GSTR-2B download and IMS actions through a GST Suvidha Provider, e-invoice and e-way bill generation, WhatsApp Business, SMS and payment links are built, and work once you connect your account. AI features need the AI Assistant add-on, and an AI key on your own server.
- No separate mobile app. MyRecords works in any phone browser and installs to the home screen. Point-of-sale bills (while the till page stays open), the shop-floor screen, attendance check-in, maintenance visits, asset checks and bill photos for “Read a bill” keep working offline.
- No customers yet. MyRecords is new. Our first customers are joining through a pilot programme, with a hands-on setup and their fixes first.
The full list is on the roadmap.

We show you the live system on a call, on our sample company, and can give you a demo sign-in to explore it yourself. Book a demo, or see the live demo’s screens first.
